The tights are beautiful & arrived promptly, thank you. However, Dawn, I was disturbed to find that when I submitted my D.O.B. details to your site, it immediately switched off, and I then received a security message from Google telling me that my email account had been accessed by a different Mac computer based in South Shields and advising me to change my password & sign up to 2-step email account verification, which I subsequently did & have so far had no further problems. But do UK tights have an ulterior motive for asking for people's D.O.B.? and can you comment please on why the above happened, because needless to say, it greatly concerns me with regard to any future purchases from your site. Worst tights I’ve ever bought. Sizing totally wrong and on,y came to my lower hip. Then rolled down. Supposed to have support. Absolutely no support. Couldn’t wear them. Emailed to advise and still waiting for response.

The quality of tights we received was unacceptable. Even the size was right - tights teared in a first few minutes.

I have only rated it one star because they didn’t fit, too tight around the waist and because of that I laddered them straight away.

I ordered my tights on a Sunday hoping to have them until Thursday (1-3 working days, as they said) still haven't received them, I have sent them 3 emails haven't even gotten a reply since last week. I wanted the tights for last Saturday, so now even if I get them, they will be of no use to me, just a waste of money and time.

I did indeed reply to you at our first opportunity when the office reopened on Tuesday 23rd April. I can also see that I requested some further clarification from you, concerning the delivery information, so that I could confirm that we dispatched your order to the correct address. We need to do this, as per instructions from Royal Mail, when we log a missing item investigation. As yet, I don't appear to have had a reply from you. Bought 2 prs of tights.One pair was far too long in the leg.Never had that before in any tights Iv bought.Tried second pair,they appeared to be fine.Half way through the night I had to take them off.Sagging??Binned.

Size totally wrong. Supposed to get plus size. Had to throw in bin, crutch hardly reached my knees and I’m only size 18-20. Very disappointing

Giulia knee length are of appalung quality. I wore them once and they got ripped. Don’t waste your money.

Pamela Mann Crotchless Tights I would deem not fit for purpose. They are nicely styled but the hole giving them the "Crotchless" name is barely bigger than a 50p piece? This opening needs to be much, much bigger hence my rating.

These certainly aren't fit for purpose if the crotchless area is as small as a 50 pence piece. This item has proven extremely popular since its launch, I have seen the item myself and can say that you have received a faulty product. My apologies for any disappointment. I love the fact you’ve sent me a “how did we do” email when a) I still haven’t received the product and b) your customer service haven’t even bothered to reply to my original email of complaint. How did you do?! Well you didn’t do anything other than take my money, proudly proclaim the item had been deapatched and then it was all quiet on the hosiery front. All I can say is thank the lord for Tesco and their bargain hold ups because they saved the day. I’ll never use you again and I most certainly certainly will never recommend you. In fact I’d go as far as tell people to not touch you with a barge pole. Absolute shambles.

I have replied to your original email enquiry, which unfortunately had gone to our spam filter in error. "I am so sorry to hear of the delay in your order reaching you. All of our orders are shipped out to our customers using First Class Royal Mail, and we advise that 1-3 workings days is the usual delivery time. We know from regular customer feedback that most orders arrive the next day. That being said, we have had a few complaints regarding delivery delays from last week. I have spoken to our local Royal Mail distribution point, and they have advised that they did indeed encounter some issues getting mail redistributed from their Manchester depot due to the adverse weather conditions that we were subjected to here in the Northwest on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of last week. I am told that all mail has now either been delivered or is out for delivery." Once again, I am really sorry about the issues you encountered and I sincerely hope that we have some way been able to restore your faith in our service. Glitter tights very thin and one leg is very saggy at ankle or wise nice but look odd so did not ware them on New Year’s Eve

Absolutely disappointed with these tights. I spent my time putting them on & was so careful after reading a previous review. Despite all my efforts they still pulled which went straight down. I had ordered these for a special party & wasn't able to wear them, really upset & a waste of £23.
