“Good products at reasonable prices. Only place I can get my favourite, comfortable tights. Bought this time as on offer. Only downside to this particular purchase is that the website seems to now default to a more expensive postage option, which I didnt realise until after I had completed my order, and which cost me an extra £2, reducing the amount saved on the offer. I was annoyed at this as I was in no desperate rush for the tights. Please don't do this again and spoil an excellent website and service!”

Dear Customer I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the postal service. We have only recently, added the option for Tracked48 to the delivery options. As with most online retailers, the delivery option will usually offer the most popular option as default, which is more often than not - 1st class/Tracked24. “Fast delivery and website easy to use.. a little disappointed in the tights as they were not as suitable for a taller person as was described and after one wear are already starting to ' bobble' but I suppose that is the brand rather than UK tights themselves”
