“Stockings, Stocking, Stockings Love 'em at the best prices & quality anywhere. Tights? No, never wear them, too uncomfortablble. Ladder a pair of tights, in the bin, ladder a stocking always have a spare or three. UK Tights Brilliant stuff”

“Very good service even if there is a delay it is noted on the site and then they email you apologising for the delay. The tights we purchase are for a fairy outfit that I am wearing for the London marathon”

Dear Tracey I am sorry to hear that you have received a defective garment. This is something we don't like to hear and you are more than welcome to return them to us. We can either issue an exchange, credit note or a refund. We will also feedback your complaint to the manufacturer. Please write a covering note to go in the parcel, explaining the fault, and including your name, address and order number. You can print a new free returns label here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3545. We highly recommend dropping the parcel off at your local post office and getting a returns receipt - this is your proof of postage and will provide some tracking for the order. If you don't have a printer, please follow the instructions in the link, and you can select the option to have a QR code emailed to you; which can then printed out at a participating post office or delivery/sorting Office. “I normally buy Charnos Energising Support tights in Natural. Because of availability, I ordered them in Cherry. They feel like different tights, not necessarily in a bad way though. The Cherry tights seem to bag at the crotch for example - this happened with all 3 pairs, so not a one off thing. I will buy Natural from now on, even if I have to wait. Brilliant tights!”

“We ordered 2 pairs Cette Quebec tights. One pair only came next day- great delivery. No indication when other pair would arrive, just 'to follow'. Heard nothing since. If u don't have the stock amount in why does it show this as available? You have taken the money out, we are still waiting for info. and the second pair! Would hesitate to recommend.”

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback. I'm very happy to hear that your mother is happy with the tights. My apologies for the unusual delay on this occasion. I can see that your order was dispatched within 6 weeks of your placing it. Normally, we'd advise that out of stock items will be replenished within 10-20 days (up to 3 weeks) and we're still largely able to stick to this. However, because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we're finding that manufacturers are sometimes experiencing difficulties in getting deliveries to us within their usual time frame, and certain products may even be temporarily available. This is because social distancing and absenteeism are affecting manufacturing times within factories.
