I ordered four lots of knee highs for my Mum, who is in care, she cannot go out shopping, and normal knee high cut into her legs, have tried famous makes which are supposed to be comfy tops but they just fall down. Only one style look suitable, so unfortunately I have spent £20.00 for having only one pair which may fit the bill, but she needs to wear them for a few hours to try out, the other pairs will have to be thrown away, as they are non-refundable once opened.
