Hi Kathryn Please accept our sincere apologies for the delivery delay on this occasion. I can see that you placed your order on Saturday the 4th, and after the bank holiday Monday on the 6th, your order was dispatched the next working day on the 7th. Unfortunately, it looks as though there was a backlog with Royal Mail after the Good Friday and Easter Monday bank holidays, so your parcel was only scanned into their network on the 9th. You selected 2-4 days delivery (after dispatch) at checkout, and the tracking is now showing that your parcel is due for delivery today (13th). We're very sorry indeed for the disappointment and for any inconvenience this unusual delay has caused. “Uk tights service is always excellent & usually a quick delivery. I say usually as DPD didn’t put the package through the letter box,they took it back & it came two days later through my letter box. DPD says nobody was home on first attempt 🤷‍♀️”
