“Love these tights and never had any trouble with delivery until recently. I am so glad that I queried the issue at the time as I was blown away by how quickly the team responded and sorted everything out. Glad to confirm that all is sorted now. It’s went things go wrong that we get to see what an organisation’s customer service is really like. “Easy and straightforward to buy Bought this as a gift for someone to take on holiday to be sure they get it. I purchased next day delivery at extra cost. Next day delivery didn't happen no the day after but was delivered on the Thursday late afternoon. The car was loaded ready to go away so just made it but anxiety of waiting ruined the surprise And this day to expect next day to be next day”
