Thank you for your review on the 14th to bring this to our attention. We're very sorry to see that you haven't received the order. It was dispatched on the 10th and we sent you a dispatch email. DPD should also have sent you tracking notifications via text and email. The tracking shows the parcel was delivered on the 11th and signed for by someone with your first name. As it sounds as though it may have been misdelivered, we'll contact DPD to see where exactly it was left. An update will be sent to you directly via email.

“Carefully putting on these tights for the first time, a hole appeared at bottom toe seam on left leg, it opened up and laddered...never got into the right leg, disappointed this happened. This was not a UK Tights problem, I think the tights were defective leaving manufacturers”
