“Service was really good but the product not so good. The colour of the rear plate is not what i expected to be.”

“I’ve no issues with the reg and print etc, however it’s green. If I peel the back off it is clear and my car is black and the letters are black so therefore I have to leave it on. Not sure why I’ve not been sent a white one.”

“Totally the wrong plates ordered, after emailing in to Cs I got 2 set sent one of which does not even fit on car. Total waste of my time, won't use again The green flag ended up in the standard plates I didn't order and the the right size plates had a penny stamp size flag? Just fitted them and moved on, no damage in post, and quality was OK.”

“Overall very pleased with the motorcycle number plate, I ordered however the fixing kit was disappointing. No washers are provided with the screws to secure the plate, and therefore the 'fixing' kit does not actually help you attach the plate to your vehicle. I had to go out and separately purchase these in order to use the plate.”

“Number plate ordering process was cumbersome. I think the website should have prepared the buyer to be ready with the documents needed. Then the documents would not load from an iPhone. It was not clear to me that my order was accepted and being manufactured which made me feel unsure. I did not record the exact time between order and delivery, but it seemed a long time. I even telephoned to find out what had happened to it, but it was delivered soon afterwards.”

“3 star not 5 because info and requirements for proof of address and car ownership not made clear until after plate was purchased. Also wanted 2 rear plates but no provision to do this and did not want to start long order process again to get the second one”

“Ordered a plate on 29th May. Plate was despatched on 1st June but didn't arrive until 8th June. There was good communication but I paid for 1st class delivery so would expect it sooner. Plate is good quality and came well packaged.”
