“This site doesn't tell you at the beginning of the purchase that you have to email over a copy your driving licence and v5 document, delivery was quick and the pate was good quality”

“Whilst I received the plate quickly and it was well made - it would have been REALLY helpful if I had been told of the various bits of documentation that you needed in advance of placing the order. It shouldn't be the case that you place the order in good conscience and then the supplier will not despatch without holding you to ransom - wasn't impressed.”

“Initially I was VERY disappointed. I had given all the information required and then paid for my plate only to find out once the money was taken that more information was needed, including a copy of the vehicle reg document which was not to hand. The money should have been taken last. It looked and felt like I had been diddled. I did then manage to get the V5 info and some weeks later I got the plate, but the ordering system is still far from perfect. Especially as once on one website the name keeps changing.”

“Nice plates but why have you put UK on them and not GB? Surely if I travel to the EU I will have to display a GB sticker as a UK plate will not be sufficient. I have given you only three stars because of this point. Please correct me if I am wrong.”

“The service was fast but with the new Green edge fully electric car plate they should provideGreen screw head caps. When I complained they told me that I should have used the stick on pads. Where I park the car at my office, kids offer pull off stuck on plates so that is it an option”

“Delivery was quick and the product fine, apart from the green cover which you have to peel off. There is no way of knowing where to start on that, other than picking away at the edges with your nails and in the end having to use a knife which of course just scratches the plate. They should design an bit which sticks out where you can start unpeeling from. Frustrating experience. Once I'd finally got it off, drilling the holes and fitting was easy by comparison.”

“Fairly easy to follow instructions. Once document's had been uploaded they completed the order and advised me of posting. Unfortunately a week and a half later they've still not arrived, so I can't comment on the quality of the product yet. But the postage is extremely slow.”

“At first the website was easy to use and to upload my documents, my documents were rejected and I had to upload different ones and thats were the issues started. Two separate time I had to upload them again and was told they couldn't find them. The man I was chatting to through email was very helpful and got the problem sorted very quickly. Unfortunately when the plate came, (which I have to say was the next day) it was the wrong one . I ordered a back plate for towing and I'm unsure if this was my error or yours as I double checked everything before placing the order. Now I have to go through it again to get the right one”
