Having submitted a claim over three weeks ago and twice supplying the info they required l am now being asked for more info showing exactly what l have supplied. Not impressed if this is the norm every time a claim is submitted. This company is certainly not recommended ....useless.

Recently tried to make a claim, for a consultation and a scan. I did not have a GP referral letter for the consultation as could not see a GP, therefore was told by this company that they could not help me with my claim. It is ludicrous that a private policy relies on NHS documentation as the basis of a claim!! Given that alternative private health care companies do not ask for this! I have since emailed twice to ask advice about claiming funds towards the scan as no small print around this. Only be ignored and not receive a response at all, as a result of what has happened I have cancelled my level one policy and had a response from Sara regarding my now basic level policy (that my employer pays) within less than 2 working days. Clearly, sales and taking money off people is the only aspect this company is interested in. One very disappointed customer, who would not recommend.

I submitted a printed receipt from our optician which gives the company name, address, date and time, receipt number, transaction number and the amount paid. Unfortunately because the receipt just says 'sales' rather than exactly what I was paying for, eg Sight test, my claim will not be processed.

My experience is not good. Claiming is very difficult, slow and involves email requests for various ‘proof’ and you need to consistently chase them afterwards. The 3-5 day promise of payment follow my latest email still has not materialised after 7 days of waiting, I wish I’d gone elsewhere for my policy! Too much hassle!

I am so disappointed with this service , during COVID I could not see my dentist for 2 years , and I still paid my monthly payment during this time , I have submitted 4 claims since and not been paid out on 3 ,I am going to cancel my policy and go else where , I am going to request a full refund for the time I paid during COVID and see what happens 😡

Been with this dental plan for 7 years, I put a claim in recently for work carried out 4 weeks ago and due to not having any correspondence gave the number a phone to find out my claim was rejected. I asked why there was no letter or email contact to advise me of this and was just given a brief sorry.

very disappointed to have paid two years into this scheme to be told I’m not eligible to make a claim for my dental treat, cancelled immediately and never recommended this scheme to anyone .

I have always claimed for my dental treatment very quickly and smoothly but this last time of claiming they haven't processed it as the receipt from my dentist doesn't have my name on it. A card machine receipt doesn't have my name on it. The claim form sent with the receipt clearly states my name and details of the treatment received completed by the dental receptionist. I don't understand why it's a problem this time. The receipt marries up to the details date, amount claimed etc. Just don't understand.

I recently posted on hear my one star review regards turning down my claim for in hospital claim for mental health. I once again bring this to the attention of anyone reading these reviews. It quite clearly states on the benefits table for ANY hospital stay. Obviously ANY doesn’t mean any. I then looked at the star rating re reviews. I think the rating claimed is clearly exaggerated, of the first 17 5 star claims, only 10 are verified reviews 7 are unverified.

I took out a subscription two and a half years ago in good faith only to experience my claims being rejected by officiousness. I have therefore cancelled my subscription and recommend no other person to join the scheme which has made a considerable amount of money from me with no corresponding compassion or consideration of my claims for reimbursement. A truly dreadful waste of time and money.

Hospital In Patient A nightly allowance for any NHS or private hospital admission. The above statement is copied and pasted from UK healthcare site. There is no reference to any disclaimers. I submitted a claim for the above benefits, it was declined because my stay in a NHS hospital was for mental health. I then referenced terms and conditions, after fully reading the terms and conditions I could find no disclaimer or reference to declining claims re mental health. In the modern day it find it abysmal that UK Healthcare discriminates against mental health. To quote the representative that I spoke to…..it would pay out for a broken leg.

Always requesting further documentation, that you aren't initially asked for, in a way that feels like they are stalling paying or not wanting to pay at all

I feel cheated by this company. There is no point of paying any premiums when you can’t even claim the simplest amount for dental services. What is the point for having a dental insurance policy when you can’t even claim. Is this for reaping people off and making money out of ordinary people who are struggling to make ends meet?

I realise that up to date information may be required, however it costs £25.00 to obtain a letter from a doctor to state my health needs, which at present I cannot afford due to high living costs which also causes stress which my treatment for reflexology helps me to cope with.

I have tried to claim twice and both times it has been near on impossible to make a claim. Online form not working, refusing to pay saying I have not met criteria even though I have. Meaning I had to spend lots of time appealing etc. This company is a scam, do not use
