I have found this health care very efficient and helpful. Dental appt, treatments & procedures are so expensive these days so its comforting to know this health care cover my cost.

I took out the policy before covid and have only just received treatment to be able to claim. I have never had to make this sort of claim before, gave some wrong incomplete information but Karl Strickland immediately let me know for me to put right and 4 days later my claim is approved and payment sent. Top class service.

After paying the dental insurance for more than an year, I claimed £45 for a visit to the dentist including the check and xray and I was told I don’t get payed for that. I’m in NI and don’t get NHS. So I will cancel the insurance and go for a plan with my dentist. They asked me. i said no as I have a plan. So I payed in full.

I was having difficulty uploading images of my dental receipts to the on-line claim form. Even though they appeared to have been uploaded correctly, the section on the claim form indicated with a red exclamation mark (!) that the form was still incomplete. As a result it wouldn't allow me to send the completed claim through for processing. I spoke to a lady on the helpline no. who gave me an e-mail address to resubmit my receipts. I sent this late on Friday afternoon and by mid morning Tuesday I was advised that the claim had been approved and payment would be with me within 3-4 working days. That's what I call efficiency !!!!

Poor cover compared to previous providers and customer service weren't very helpful, they didn't actually tell me that they had closed my account for example.
