“In my experience dealing with UK Healthcare so far, they have been fantastic and communication has been so quick. The value for money seems to be excellent, considering my children are covered free of charge. Overall a positive experience so far, customer service has been excellent.”

“I was told no receipt included with my claim so I emailed the receipt over and still keep getting the same message that you cannot proceed with my claim as no receipt. No one has replied as to whether the receipt I sent today is OK or if they even received it. Not too happy with this”
