About U Drive Cover:

U Drive Cover Limited is an independent insurance intermediary wholly owned by a senior management team with over 50 years experience in the non-standard insurance market covering motor, commercial vehicle, fleet, household and motorcycle.

We welcome enquiries from customers with an accident or motoring conviction history as well as modified vehicles. We can offer up to 65% discount for ex company car drivers with an accident-free history or for households where there is more than one car. We also offer cover for any car from a Mini to a Ferrari and for all ages from 17 to 99.

U Drive Cover Limited was formed to offer customers a personal approach. We treat each customer as an individual and offer an excellent service. Coupled with our excellent relationships with major Insurers, this enables us to offer competitive premiums as well as the personal touch. For the convenience of customers we do offer online quotations and the opportunity to purchase online but we also feel that we can make a difference by listening to the customer’s individual needs.

The U Drive Cover Limited offices are based In the UK and are manned by staff that have many years’ experience in providing these products. We do encourage existing and new customers to call us as there are many rating factors that can influence car insurance premiums and we welcome the opportunity to listen to your needs. Our aim is to prove that excellent service does not mean that you have to pay higher premiums.

“Excellent!! I have been a customer for the past two years and every time I’ve had an issue with making my payment. I’ve contacted them and they have been so understanding. I’m flexible spreading my payments out. Always happy with the customer support and real professional people who have empathy and understanding to help you. Very grateful. Rachel in the cancellations department was simply amazing. This will be my third renewal. Definitely the best insurance company I have used in a decade. Thank you UDrive.”

“My goal was to change vehicle on my policy. I liaised with Paul Onabajo. He was extremely helpful. I've not encountered any issues with UDRIVECOVER. On one occasion I forgot my phone at home and went to work where I realised I left my bank account frozen meaning my direct debit failed twice but they dealt with it as a case by case manner and could see my payments were normally smooth, so I wasn't charged late payment fee. Generally proactive, but, I was charged an admin free of £50 to change vehicle on my policy and will be a further £50 admin fee when I am ready to change back to pre existing vehicle. The 1star drop in review from 5 star to 4 star is simply because I had to fork out for temp insurance whilst I became registered keeper of temporary vehicle. And then a further £50 admin fee.”

“Wanted to cancel policy on one car and set up new policy on another. Expected a long-winded phone call and obstacles to deal with e.g. info required I hadn't got or didn't know but Paul Onabajo made it all go off very smoothly and simply and didn't make me feel like a dinosaur because of being older and not very techno savvy. He was a pleasure to deal with.”

“U Drive has been brilliant with my policy so far, it was time-sensitive to get my insurance policy before I went on holiday and they managed to get everything done quickly so I was insured to go away in the car. I had to change the date of the direct debit and Allie was so helpful in sorting that out for me. I would highly recommend UDrive Cover for anyone.”

“After 4 weeks of sending multiple emails and trying to contact by phone (for many hours without success) I am still waiting for confirmation that my cover is in place. This is despite having paid in full on the day of proposal over a month ago. God help anyone if they ever need to make a claim.”
