“Don’t get me wrong this is a fantastic first service but the company’s that you choose to fit the tyres seem not to be. Used two different company’s And 2hrs to fit 2 tyres”

“Arrived at Brit Tyres on time but they knew nothing about it and had no paperwork . Dont know which end the fault lies but they did fit different tyre and matched the price .”

“The tyre fitting was excellent but the fitter could not fit the tyre until the next day as you were 5 hours late delivering the tyre”

“The whole experience was very efficient and competent. The correct tyres were there for my appointment. The fitting was very thorough with particular attention to detail, such as torque settings on wheel nuts. I will use the service again, as long as the price is competitive. Thank you.”

“I was asked to take my car for 12:30-1:30pm at Just Tyres in Uxbridge, however when I arrived at 12pm they had not not even received the tyres and did not receive the tyres until 1:00pm. In the end I had to wait until 3:30pm and when I was waiting, I overheard the sales advisor, Shane Ford, refer to me as a “chink”. This is completely unacceptable and the absolute shock to hear such disgusting language. I am appalled and hope another customer of yours would not receive such awful manners let alone it supposed to be a “service”.”

“Dissapointing to find that the garage contacted us directly to say the slot booked on your website was not available so now we will have to take the car in my working hours. ..what is the point of having a booking system on your website that the garage ignores?? Not sure if we will use again as time is more precious...than 20quid cheaper tyres.....”
