“One of the tyres burst after 5 miles, we constantly rang the contact number and was put to a voice mail. We told to leave name and number and you would get back to me. But still no call”

“When I got there, no -one knew about my advance booking but they said they would do it anyway. Then they did come and tell me they had found the tyres order and gave me a price to balance the wheels and fix the tracking. I did agree for them to do it and the car drives much better than for a long time. Thank you.”

“Got the tyre I ordered at a great price (Avon Z7.... only time will tell on it's performance) so big thumbs up for that, but next time I aren't using Stoneacre at Goole, got there early and no job card created (This has happened once before)... it took 1 3/4 hours to have one tyre fitted and the woman who dealt with me seemed a bit clueless !!!”

“The tyre was supplied to the fitting company on time but the car was not booked in with them They managed to fit the tyre but they were not very happy about it. If I did this again I would phone the company and make sure the car is booked in with them direct this would avoid the issue I had.”

“The tyre I bought normally cost on average £230, but I paid £194 all fitted. It’s the saving I needed just after Christmas, the process was easy and informed when the tyre arrived at the garage... The staff at Trident Tyre & Vehicle Services customer service was excellent, even thou I got there 20 minutes early the team fitted the tyre straight away and ensure my run flat system was reset... A++ service from start to finish...”

“Completed an order online to fit tyres following day at local garage. Was emailed on that day to say the garage didn't have them. Told to look again on the site. Poor communication between garage and Tyresavings.”

“I was very pleased with Base tyres , Thurrock who fitted my 2 new tyres . the staff there were very friendly and happy bunch . I would recommend this tyre fitting firm , new tyres fitted at a good price .”

“Excellent service all round. As always, I shop around, and found Tyre Savings to be the best price on this occasion. Booked fitting, had quick confirmation, turned up at my chosen fitting centre and had them fitted.....easy, no hassle whatsoever. Will use gain next time, if their price is right.”

“Absolutely Fantastic! I was nervous due to some poor reviews but tyres were delivered to the fitting (McConecheys Coatbridge) on time. I called the garage to confirm and they said everything www arranged. Turned up and had 4 tyres fitted to my car in around an hour. Staff were great, they noticed my screen wash needed topped up so did that too. Mark the manager was excellent too. Will definitely use again! Cheapest around and better than the other guys!”
