“Prices are very competitive, and the website is helpful with comparisons in the same quality and price brackets. There is an easy choice of local fitters, and Station Road Garage CB24 9PJ are to be highly recommended for (once you've found them!) professionalism and punctuality. I will use TyreSavings again, for sure.”

“I turned up on time at the garage to have two tyres fitted. The Manager said that I dint have an appointment. I insisted that I did and showed him the email on my cell phone. He still said that he had not received any information. I persisted with this, and he amazingly found an a4 piece of paper with all my details on. I asked him to change the rear driver side tyre and the front near side tyre and to put the new tyres on the front. He said that by doing this he would have to use several jacks and that I would have to come back later. I refused and as I have lots of experience in changing tyres (my first ever job) I told him to give me one jack, a tyre bar and a hammer and I would change them myself much quicker than he could with a machine. He reluctantly got to work on this with one of his colleagues. If I hadn’t stood watching him, he would have put the new tyres on without balancing them. I reminded him that this was part of the paid service. He then balanced both wheels. Tyres were fine service was very poor.”

“The website is easy to navigate and the price was very competitive. However, I received an e: mail 2 days before the home fitting telling me that the tyres I specifically requested were not available and that an alternative would be fitted. Normally I would reject the transaction because of this however I have committed to the day and time of the fitting and have no choice but to accept the change.”

“All went according to plan.Arrived at chosen tyre centre at the alloted time. Went straight onto tyre bay. Chosen tyres were already there 4 in total. Fitters got straight onto it and by the time I had a couple of coffees all done. Perfect and at a really good price.No extras to pay no persuasive salesman just Polite and hard working fitters. Thankyou for a great deal”

“Very disappointed in service at Formula one autocentre Swindon. Walked in 5 mins before my appointment at 14.00hrs and they served a customer infromt of me who didn't have an appointment. Soni had to wait till 14.40 for them to start fitting my tyres. Then after being delayed so long I checked fitter by looking threw window. And at least twice he stopped ti chat for about 5 mins. Eventually my tyres was done 1hr 45 mins after turning up. Poor customer service”

“Ordered tyres, com to garage to fitted, but garage people said no my tires been delivered. No contact from garage before appointment, no contact from tyre savings! Totally waste of my time”

“Very good but the only thing was I did not need them at this moment but the garage I went to said when I do need them come back to me and we will put them on for you cos I paid for them which I thought was good of the garage to do so”
