“Tyre savings booked me an appointment I could not keep so I tried to contact them by phone but there mailbox is full, tried to contact them online but they never replied. Contacted the tyre fitter direct who was very helpful and we sorted out a time that was convenient.”

“Had them fitted but they charged me for fitting new valves but I thought it was included but had to pay £16 on top of my bill”

“The tyres were never delivered to the shop. I never received any communication what so ever to let me know of this. Online booking page cannot be accessed at all. I would definitely avoid!”

“Unfortunately, I did not get as far as having the tyres fitted because they were never delivered. I tried calling Tyresavings but their number constantly went to voice mail with a message that their inbox was full. I sent an email to their enquiries which was never responded to. All in all a terrible service which seems the norm given I was in a waiting room with another customer who also had not had their tyres delivered. Would not recommend.”

“Great brand tyres at great prices delivered and fitted at a garage of my choice, the garage that fitted my tyres (SRG) provided a excellent service all tyres fitted on time and in the time frame I chose definitely recommended 👍”

“Delivery of tyres to the garage was early. Tried to rearrange with customer service to have them fitted at an earlier date than scheduled. However customer service didn't get back to me and garage wasn't accommodating when i called myself. Also took 1hr 30 mins from my appointment time to finish fitting the tyres. Then I had an additional job done which took 15 mins. Overall service from tyresavings wasn't bad but garage service was really disappointing. Wasn't able to speak to customer service over the phone as the phone was engaged no matter how many times I called”
