“TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Ordered tyres booked ,appointment, took time off work Tuesday for fitting then got email next day to rearrange fitting for Thursday. No use to anyone. Surely stock and availability should be checked before appointments given ???????”

“fitting of my tyre was ok but they didn't do wheell balancing on my back tyres that was annoying when i ask about it they pretended does not need it but assistant said earlier they don't do back tyres balancing.... and i swap my tyre front the back in the past .”

“Great value and service. The garage that fitted the tyre was very efficient and even swapped two of the wheels over to balance tyre makes onto the same axles. Will use again.”

“Albeit the purchase process was good, the actual fitting was appalling as the garage did not know of the timeslot that was allocated and I had to return to the garage later in the day and even then I had to wait another hour as they were short staffed. I appreciate that this was probably not the fault of Tyreservices and that the garage perhaps should have checked what was due in that day? The chap at the garage said that Tyreservices did not check with the fitting garage before setting time slots?”

“Booking online was all good, easy and straightforward. Fitting centre was located nice and close. Disappointing upon arrival that the fitting centre apparently knew nothing about my booking and hadn't got a tyre fitter on site. Asked me if it needed to be done today, which it did as I was going on a long journey following day. They then found the booking and said they could do it but it would be towards the end of the day (despite my 09:30 booking slot). This was ok for me though as didn't need it urgently just that day. To be fair though I got a call about 11:30 to say it was all ready. Tyres all fitted ok and good quality tyres. STaff were pleasant and efficient once over the initial hiccup. So they delivered what I had ordered so all fine in the end.”

“Fitting at mcc was excellent service .just a small problem you sent the wrong size .in stead of 185 55 16. You sent 185 50 16 .but you sent the right size .and worked out ok .when I bought the first two tyres .i had excellent service.”

“Hi would have liked to have given you a good review but.My wife arrived at the slotted time at formula 1 tyres in Kidderminster .But they had no idea or details of the tyres and tried to sell her more expensive tyres so no will not be using this tyre fitters again has we've had problems their before rgds Mr Southall.”

“A great price from Tyre Savings and the tyres were delivered promptly to my local fitting centre, Fairdeal Tyres. Fairdeal Tyres were prepared for my arrival and rapidly installed and fitted them to my vehicle. Full Marks!!!”

“Arrived at garage and told tyres had been returned because they had not received a confirmation email. Had to rebook and completely wasted journey. Very disappointing.”
