“Put in my reg, correct vehicle details came up, a small commercial van. I selected my tyres from the selection given. On arrival at the fitting center I was told they were not suitable tyres as they were not for commercials. The website should offer suitable tyres for the vehicle that it has already recognised. Many thanks”

“Got to the selected tyre fitter at the agreed time and was told that I was too late (4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon) the garage was open until 6 pm and they had the tyres. I pointed out that the time was offered to me on the web site but his attitude was that this was always happening and was the fault of tyre savers.com. I had come back on the following Monday. Two visits to get the tyres I’d selected”

“Tyres are brilliant on my CLK first few miles a little bit slippery due to the silicon finishing process after 20 miles they stuck like glue. Very cheap tyres for a CLK and very good tyres for the money fitted on time and price quoted, do yourself a favour and book today whatever you have seen on their site?”

“The team at the centre had no idea I was booked with them, they ignored us for a while till one of them came to the door. The staff did not see us as customers who could potentially bring family and and friends, they lingered and rather ignored us and carried on their mobile phones. Tyres where in front of them and had no realised they where for our vehicle.”

“The process of choosing and arranging the tyre fitting was straightforward and gave plenty of choices. However the fitting stage was less than I had expected, the fitters were unfriendly and unhelpful and I will choose a different fitting station in future.”

“* Please read entire review * Excellent service with booking the tyres online. The service centre facilities were good but waiting 2 hours 15 min to fit 2 tyres for an scheduled appointment with a toddler was unacceptable. After being informed that is will take 2 hours to fit 2x tyres, I informed the service assistant that I couldn’t wait that long for something that should not take more than 30min as I booked a scheduled appointment. She was able to get my car in the workshop within 15 min of arriving knowing I couldn’t wait 2 hours with a toddler. It still took 2 hours 15 min in total which were unacceptable. I would not recommend Stonacre Service Centre Chesterfield for fitting tyres.”

“TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Ordered tyres booked ,appointment, took time off work Tuesday for fitting then got email next day to rearrange fitting for Thursday. No use to anyone. Surely stock and availability should be checked before appointments given ???????”

“fitting of my tyre was ok but they didn't do wheell balancing on my back tyres that was annoying when i ask about it they pretended does not need it but assistant said earlier they don't do back tyres balancing.... and i swap my tyre front the back in the past .”

“Great value and service. The garage that fitted the tyre was very efficient and even swapped two of the wheels over to balance tyre makes onto the same axles. Will use again.”

“Albeit the purchase process was good, the actual fitting was appalling as the garage did not know of the timeslot that was allocated and I had to return to the garage later in the day and even then I had to wait another hour as they were short staffed. I appreciate that this was probably not the fault of Tyreservices and that the garage perhaps should have checked what was due in that day? The chap at the garage said that Tyreservices did not check with the fitting garage before setting time slots?”
