“Can’t complain about the price, definitely saved quite a lot on four new tyres . Not so happy about the fitting arrangements. I had booked a fitting slot at one of the local tyre fitting shops, which is part of the process on your website. I arrived at said time but was told because they were busy it would be a 2-3 hour wait, I had not expected this so hadn’t arranged to be picked up or anything so said that’s no good for me, was then asked if I could return later on, luckily I could and the tyres were fitted no problem. Just a bit peeved that they could offer me another slot but not honour the one I’d booked off your website, how was I able to book a certain time if they didn’t have it available? Overall I would use again but definitely take the booked fitting slot with a pinch of salt.”

“Customer care and service toward female customers needs to be vastly improved. Attitude of some of the staff needs attention. They need to make you feel comfortable. The actual fitter however, was friendly.”

“Tyres ready and waiting when I arrived (one day early). There was a technical issue, so the fitter rang me and resolved this immediately. Best price I could find, on the tyres I wanted.”

“Ordered 4 tyres The rear ones came as winter tyres even though on website is clearly stated they supposed to be summer tyres, tried twice to contact customer service and goes straight to voicemail, left 2 voicemails and no call back so very poor customer service”

“What can I say!!! Ordered two tyres, only one was delivered. Waited a couple if days for a new delivery, great, two tyres, but oh no the wrong size. I hate to be critical but that's not great. Had to go with another company in the end,. Let's hope they are a bit better because if not I'll be paying for an mot retest, this has taken so long. I might even end up going to Kwik Fit, that's how bad things are :-) I gave you one star because God bless you, you tried.”

“Booked some tyres online but got an email saying the fitters are unable to fit the tyres and I was asked to choose another fitters. I then chose another fitters but was then asked to put the order through again but by the time I put the order through again they had put all their prices up. Sorry but just felt cheated a bit!”
