“The staff at Just Tyres were excellent. It was not their fault that tyresavings accepted an 8;30 booking when the tyre disposal truck was on site. They had blocked out bookings for that hour on their computer so somewhere there was a systems failure at tyre savings .”

“Couldn't fault Jordan motors in Leicester but they had not received my order the tyre was there but they had no information about the job only the email I had on my phone. Luckily they managed to fit me in but I had a longer wait than normal.”

“I would never use this company again Ordered 2 Tyres and had the order confirmation and fitting confirmed by Emai, all is good so far. Turned up at the fitting centre as arranged only to find that the tyres had not been delivered. Contacted Tyre Savings and was eventually told that they had cancelled my order as they had no stock. Tyre Savings have very poor customer service, claiming that they had sent an Email. Fitting Centre was also not informed of the cancellation.”

“Price of a budget quality rear tyre very good. Tyre fitting service very slow for which a member of staff apologised. Turns out partly due to carrying out tracking check that I did not know about or give permission to carry out. Then I was told I needed tracking at £32.50 extra which I declined but further remarks were made about needing tracking as I was paying the bill for the rear tyre. The front tyres have had half their life with no signs of uneven wear. I will get tracking done when I need it.”

“I arranged for fitting on the Tuesday , Got an email saying could not do Tuesday , rearranged for Wednesday. Got a further email saying can’t get the tyre . So rearrange for Thursday. Happy days tyre fitted . Used in the past and will use in the future.”

“Tyre savings was a easy way to order/book to get new tyres, The filling garage was not available on the day I booked so tyre savings emailed me with more options which was great, Five star service to them also great price. As for the tyre fitters at Peterlee it was atrocious, customer service at the reception desk was none existent, could not even look at you no mine be polite, I asked my son to take the wheels off my car at home to save a bit time for them as I no they can be busy at these tyre places, he put them in my wife's car to make it easier for them, they couldn't even get them out the boot for me, and when they were ready they just left them against the wall for me to put them back in the boot, iam a pensioner and never in all my days had to do this, even when I was younger, I wish I had just took the car. Then they had the cheek to say pay at the desk, I told them about what had happened and they said we didn't no where you had gone, I had already said I will get a drink and sit in the car, note to tyre savers get rid or they will pull your business down.”
