“Hi I had continental sports tyres I saved about £30 a tyre great service no problems and I had the tires fitted at burnt mills tyres Basildon very polite good service I will use them again and tyre savings.com thank you”

“Website Very Good Email and Delivery of Tyres to Fitters was good. The Fitters was very polite and were ready to fit my tyres it went in a few minutes before the allotted time but instead of 1hour to fit the tyres i was made to wait over 2 hrs. Which caused me problems for an appointment i had made.”

“Bought a tyre that was advertised at £58.68. When I got to fitting station was told that tyre not suitable to be fitted on both sides of the car despite no mention of this when I originally bought it. They charged me another £6.42 for the tyre that would be suitable for my spare. Never happy to purchase a product in good faith that the company have advertised correctly and then find you are charged more on arrival especially when they weren’t offering the best price for that tyre but happened to be a bit closer to where I lived. Not likely to use or recommend to anyone in the future.”

“I was impressed with the price and service that I received at Treads, Hailsham. However, I was very disappointed with the fact that you book appointments, but have been repeatedly told by the service provider that they don’t accept timed bookings, therefore I spent almost 2 hours waiting for my tyres to be changed On a hot and busy Saturday morning. Do not mislead your customers please.”

“You noted to me that I needed to turn up at 8.30am for my appointment. Unfortunately the garage only opened at 9am, so I had to wait around for half an hour. I presume that this was a miscommunication between yourself and the garage, but it as pretty annoying to say the least.”

“Very easy to find the tyre I needed. Arrived at tyre fitters early and was booked in straight away. Tyre replaced and refitted without any bother and back on the road within 20 minutes. Great service!”

“Good value, good range, good price. Several fitting options available and chose to use local Ford dealership. Very friendly and great service. Took a little longer than expected but the delay was due to tyre fitter taking extra care with the diamond cut wheels. Also washed car before return. Would use again.”
