“Very good service. I was able to book for my tyres and slot without paying. It would be nice to more about the quality of tyres before one buys so they make an informed choice.”

“Not happy at all Put registration in was told had a choice of tyre too pick from selected 4 tyres was told they where the correct tyres for my vehicle Was given a price that I was happy too pay Was asked where I would like them fitted chose Formula 1 stevenage Was told too be there at 12.30 next day Arrived at 12.20 was greeted by a member of staff who told me that there was a 2 hour wait and that they dont do pre booked appointments Waited 2 and a half hours only too be told that the tyres where incorrect for my vehicle he then proceeded too offer my there own tyres for twice as much or I could wait 5 days for them too get replacements over all very unhappy as I had too take time out from my work Very unhappy about this and the overall outcome”

“Happy with price booked time, place got there for fitting then told they couldn't fit until tomorrow. Told in future to check with them first, think this should be highlighted. Many thanks.”

“Tyre saving website was great and really easy to organise. The fitting however was disappointing. After I'd sat there over an hour and ten minutes I noticed that my car hadn't even been started on. I has to ask how long it would be as I needed to pick my son up 25 minutes later. I was then told it would take ten minutes and someone finally started work on my car. Twenty five minutes later I was finally out almost two hours after I had arrived. I was late to pick my son up from nursery. You are given an hour slot which I was five minutes early to. If your car won't be completed within that hour you should be told and given the option to leave. I can't drive my car away with no wheels and was then late to pick my baby up. I was really not impressed and won't be back. The staff however were pleasant.”

“Tyre savings were fine. But the fitting was so slow, i arrived for my 12-30 booking at 12-25 and was told we will get you in in 5 minuets,i left at 13-45, very poor service,considering the tyre was in the boot [has i had got a puncture]”
