“All went well however I did not get an email confirmation that the tyres had been delivered to the garage and had to phone them directly just to check. Tyres fitted at the agreed time.”

“Very pleased with tyre price and finished job however the fitting time was too long. I had to wait nearly 2 hours for two tyres to be fitted despite being told it would take 1 hour.”

“Service was great but the garage who done tyres fitting was balance tyres rong (stering wheal was shake a lot) so have to go to other garage do it again. Now is perfect”

“Garage didn't have a record of the booking however the tyres had been delivered so left my car with them and they squeezed in the tyre change whilst I was at work. My advice would be to call ahead to the fitting garage and confirm they definitely know about the booking a few days in advance to save any issues.”

“Excellent service at a great price. Tha gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. He took charge of my car personally and the job was done in good time. There had been an error on the booking and he sorted that out immediately without fuss. Altogether a very good experience. I shall come again. Thank you.”

“5/5 for cost saving 5/5 for fitting service provided by Halfords 4/5 for online process - I booked slot for 10.30 but email said 9.00 and a day before it changed again to 8.30. Not great when I had chosen a slot having had a wedding the night before. No consultation, just changed. Just as well I checked the emails.”

“Tyre savings are great and I'd use them again. The fitting, however, took way too long. Two tyres to be replaced, booked in from 8:30 to 9:30. I checked in at 8:30 and I didn't get my car back until after 11:00. Very poor.”

“Tyresavings part of the process was very good. The fitters, Formula 1, were less satisfactory. Twice they weren't able to fit the tyres at the scheduled time even though the tyres had been delivered on time, so I needed three appointments and two trips before I was able to get the tyres fitted.”

“Very good place nice and friendly to talk too had to pay £35 for tracking so and price for tyres fair as part worn's are £25/£30 so £41 for a new Tyre was happy with don't no if you can do deals on tracking next time. As will need some for back soon.”
