“I ordered the tyres and was given a date and time to have them fitted only to be told there was a delay in the supply of the tyres, I was given a new date, and when I turned up for the fitting I was asked why I wasn't here two days prior as they got the tyres on the time stated when I first ordered them”

“So far ordering process was good, not having tyre fitted until February 22nd (my choice) so will let you know how it goes then. Arrived at Formula One Autocentres Wigston 15 minutes before appointment was due at 10.30 am and the guy said he didn't know anything about it. On checking some paperwork he found that indeed the tyre was in stock but still said he didn't have a confirmed appointment and that I would have to wait. I showed him the confirmation e-mail from you and he still denied that an appointment was made. However the tyre change was completed at around 10.50am.”

“I've given 3 stars as I was lucky to get my tyers done despite them not updating garage on new date they emailed me and requested, so communication is really poor. I myself also had trouble getting a response when I had a query so if I hadn't of been lucky I would have had a wasted trip and have to wait until garage could fit me in again, so I would definitely scored lower. my advice is book but then confirm following day that garage you booked for also has correct information also. Garage however I couldn't fault he was great 5 * for him.”

“Great price, in fact the best price I could find and nowhere would match or beat. I asked the fitters to pressure the tyres correctly as the sensors are sensitive and after a few miles it's clear they haven't so will need to go back or sort myself. Really basic things like this are annoying.”

“An amazing price but the booking was split, part booked on the online system and part on paper so the fitter didnt join the two up straight away. Eventually, the service was completed”

“Arrived at the time stated 09.30. Mconechy"s unable to fit tyres at that time. Asked if I could come back in1hour. Arrived back still unable to fit tyres for another half hour. Tyres fitted and all good. Would like to point out that this was not the personnel in the garage fault as they were drowning in work at the time.”

“Angel motor is worst fitter tenant St london e1 refuse to fit my tyre went twice they said they don't get enough money for changing tyres and sent me back then I went formula 1 Woodford very good. But never angel motors Again very bad. Cancelled me twice”

“The tyres were correctly supplied and of recent manufacture but the tyre fitting service was not satisfactory. When I bought the tyres online I booked the car in for fitting at 10.30 am at my chosen tyre fitting centre on the Tyre Savings website. However, when I arrived at the tyre centre at 10.30 am I was informed by the centre manager that the 10.30 am fitting time had not been agreed with the tyre centre and it would not be possible to fit the tyres until 12.30 pm. He informed me that the booking system on the Tyre Savings website does not link with the booking system of the chosen tyre centre, so the latter has no idea when the customer will arrive for tyre fitting. This is not satisfactory for either the customer or the chosen tyre centre and needs sorting out. It would make me think twice about ordering from Tyre Savings again.”

“I had no expectations as I'd not used them before. My appointment was pushed back as they were very busy which was fine, the downside was when they worked on my car they had run out of time. I had four new tyres fitted but they couldn't align the wheels due to an issue. The odd comment was made on them not making any money out of my visit as I'd ordered the tyres to be fitted. But what I found unbelievable is that I was informed my front and rear brakes had been checked and they were all good, upon driving away I heard a crunching noise and just put it down to the new tyres or a bit of grit, however the drive home proved otherwise. I returned to the branch and was informed by another mechanic that the inside brake pad had worn and the noise was metal on metal, and that all front pads and discs needed replacing. Even I could see that the pads and discs needed replacing, how could a mechanic / tyre fitter miss this. It was put down to experience. They did offer to replace them but they're not near home, and as this was missed on my first visit this put me off going back to them. The tyres are a different brand to those I usually purchase but so far so good and I can't complain about the value.”

“Very easy too navigate and get the correct tyres. Lovely garage that fitted. Turned up earlier than needed, they just got on with the job. Very happy all round.”

“The buying of tyres was fairly straightforward and tyres where 2022 so not old stock. The only problem is you choose date and time on website, but when you ring garage they can’t honour the time or date, I waited 3 days longer than the time booked on website! This needs to be sorted to avoid confusion and poor reviews.”

“Ordering and arranging delivery/fitting is very easy. Plenty of choice of tyres and all with rain and noise ratings. Clear and easy-to-understand pricing and selecting of the fitting station were too. Recommended and I will be using them next time I need tyres.”
