“Service was good only complaint I have is you sent me fitting time for Halfords sat at 9.30 but you never booked me in with Halfords didn't get tyre fitted till mon”

“Great price and no fuss getting things fitted at the chosen location. What would be really helpful are follow up emails to confirm the tyre order has been dispatched and secondly that it is waiting at the depot. This would be helpful as without any confirmation the tire is ready for fitting, it would be pointless to travel to the chosen location to do so if things were not ready.”

“All in all very good. My 1st chosen fitting station couldn't fit my tyres for some reason, so had to travel a bit further. But worth it, as the tyres were the cheapest I could find anywhere.”

“I needed a specific tyre to match existing and this was by far the fastest availability & best value I found. A useful choice of local fitters is provided when ordering but unfortunately I selected the Stoneacre dealership. Despite having a pre-booked appointment time we had to wait at least an hour for this one tyre to be changed, only to then discover it had been fitted the wrong way round, leading to a return visit for rectification. Should have chosen a recognised tyre company for the fitting service but the pricing & delivery from TyreSavings themselves was excellent.”

“My only gripe was that the tyre fitters had the wrong appointment time which I suspect was their error, but as they had available fitters this did not cause a delay. The tyre fitting place had a depressing cold waiting area. (Obviously outside the control of Tyre savings) Other than that everything went smoothly.”

“Ordering and choosing a fitter was very straightforward.The only issue was the time slot I chosen was not available when I arrived at the garage.Either I had to wait few hours or come back tomorrow.Therefore i do not understand why I was given an opportunity to choose a time slot in the first place..overall would use again but better to phone up fitter first.”

“Very pleased with tyresavings and will consider repeat custom. The booking service was simple and the garage used to fit the tyres was professional and courteous. At first it was a pleasant surprise that tyresavings had sent two premium brand GoodYear tyres when I had ordered two budget brand, I was only charged for the budget brand that I ordered. The problem now is I feel I need to order two GoodYear tyres for the front to complete the set of four, for which I will have to pay full premium price for the two front GoodYear tyres. It seems a shame to drop one star for receiving more than I was expecting but ultimately I will end up paying more for a set of four tyres than I had planned. The upside of this of course is that I will have four premium brand tyres on my car.”

“Last time i used tyre savings like many have said the tyres didn't even show up, i rang ahead to make sure this time and they were all there ao happy days, lowest price in uk ALWAYS. However my suggestion is to just drop cuatomers an email to say tyres have arrived at your chosen site or something along them lines”

“Took a week for appointment to fit tyres but the price was good. If you can afford to wait then it's not an issue. The garage tyres were sent to tried to scam me for extra money but that's not the sellers fault.”

“Great price for the tyre, the only down side was i had to visit the fitting station x3 as the machine had broken down, no email to inform me not to attend at the required time, so the money saved on the tyre was spent on diesel running back and forwards to the fitting station, the guy at the fitting station was very friendly.”

“Excellent pricing and good availability of appointments to supply and fit four Goodyear “hard to find” sizes compared to all other sites checked. The tyre fitting was fast, done by efficient and courteous staff. What let Tyre Savings down a notch was there was no reply to an email to confirm the tyres had been sourced and delivered and when calling the phone number it gave a bad impression when an answerphone said it couldn’t take any more messages. It sure if I was supposed to also get brand new valves as they looked weathered from use but the wheels are properly balanced and the car now rides really nicely.”
