The order was dispatched quickly but I experienced problems with the courier DPD. I was sent a text advising me of the one hour slot for when the package should arrive. The courier attempted to deliver the item to the wrong address, not on the package, because I was sent a photograph and then told me that they had missed me. To ensure that I received the item next day I waited outside for the driver for nearly an hour to ensure I received the item. If I order items from Amazon they will just leave the items at the address but it is DPD's policy not to do this. If I had known that DPD were delivering the item I would not have purchased it.
