“Would have been very good if all the order had been delivered as per delivery date now I must loose a day not happy”

“I bought a cavity wall tie detector, when it came it was wrapped in bubble wrap when i opened it the detector had a thick layer of dirt all over it. It wouldnt of took much effort just to clean it before wrapping it up and sending it to me, apart from that it works well.”

“Purchased, resin bonded cavity wall ties and 2 tubes of Despatch and delivery was good however there was only one nozzle in the package when I ordered 2 tubes of Thor P resin.”

“Hard to find an alternative to the insulated plasterboard fixings although undoubtably a good product with fast delivery from Twistfix but I consider over £8 for p+p is excessive for what amounts to 20 screws. If I could have found a local agent or similar product I would not have purchased these from you but thanks anyway.”

“Product and ordering process was good but you use a delivery company that does not allow non signed for delivery. I have had to stay in all day to receive 49 nails! For low value deliveries use a company that lets you select a secure delivery location”

“Product itself seems very good, sds driver crazy expensive for a simple piece of tool steel, supposed to get 2 extra long drill bits with the kit, only got 1 which snapped about 80% through the job meaning work on stop, rendering on stop, wait days again for good weather. This drill bit is flimsy which is obviously why there are 2 in the kit, small oversight = big consequences.”
