“Knowledgeable staff who saved me money, Thor Helical super 7 is a brilliant product. I had originally spoke to a competitor who had been really unhelpful and quite literally were quoting thousands for the equivalent product.”

“I made a purchase at 1042 and was told it would arrive next day which sounded good at the time. I was a bit upset when it didn't but arrived the following day. I have not used the product as yet but looks good quality.”

“Ordered by phone, staff were polite and helpful. Goods arrived promptly, as promised. BUT, unlike Amazon, which offers a choice of shipping options, no choice was offered. Result ? A package weighing 250gm approx, was sent by courier at a cost of £8.50 + VAT, when Royal Mail would have cost around £2.80 incl. VAT, and taken perhaps 1 day longer. So - disappointed on this aspect.”
