“I purchased the mini stitching kit which worked fine but I did not get the bucket I was expecting nor was the grout clearly marked as WHO 60. I have no reason to think that it was not the correct item but for the price, I expected a properly branded item. The box it came in was for a stitching kit but was for 10 rods when I ordered (and got) five. The product is excellent and only slightly let down because the customer does not initially appear to get exactly what they ordered.”

“Power unit does not work, wired it in plugged in the plug expecting that to be it and the unit doesn't even power on. No indicator light, checked with phase tester no output atal.”

“Decent service on the phone, good product knowledge and helped me out when the delivery went wrong. However, you seems to ignore the notes I sent you about delivery and where to leave the items, which meant the courier took them back to an office somewhere I can't get to. Despite sorting it out for me in the end (again, good phone service), I am now getting a delivery on Monday instead of Thursday, which hasn't helped at all.”
