Ordered by phone, staff were polite and helpful. Goods arrived promptly, as promised. BUT, unlike Amazon, which offers a choice of shipping options, no choice was offered. Result ? A package weighing 250gm approx, was sent by courier at a cost of £8.50 + VAT, when Royal Mail would have cost around £2.80 incl. VAT, and taken perhaps 1 day longer. So - disappointed on this aspect.
