“I ordered the "wall ties 20M kit" and they came before the forecast date - well done. The wall ties are easy to install, but there were no instructions. My advice: drill the front brick with a shorter 6mm drill, purchased from Screwifix for C£3, to preserve the sharpness of the provided long drill. Drill the back brick to a depth of 30mm longer than the ties and drill the front brick 20mm deep with an 8mm drill so the driver doesn't get stuck in the brick. The ties are very easy to install and I would buy them again if I needed them.”

“I purchased a Lintel repair kit - It included four 3.5 metre lengths of helical bar but only enough repair grout for less than two lengths. I would expect the kit to contain enough material to complete the job and not have to make a further purchase That said the installation was straightforward and help and advice easily obtained”

“I asked for a kit for installing wall ties in a cavity wall with 230 long wall ties. Main criticism was resin mixing nozzle not long enough to go through the 8mm hole to resin the hole on the inner skin. Plus this was really my fault but should have been warned that the resin canister requires a non standard application gun. Two large builders merchants did not have these guns. Ended up buying a resin in a tube with an extra long delivery tube. The only thing used on your order was the wall ties.”

“I previously used the 380 DPC - damp proofing cream and found the product to be a complete success. I purchased the product as a kit, together with the correct size drills and found the process to be very simple to apply. I now require to treat another wall and have had no hesitation in placing another order of 380 DPC from twistfix. I can recommend the product without hesitation.”
