“Ordered by phone, staff were polite and helpful. Goods arrived promptly, as promised. BUT, unlike Amazon, which offers a choice of shipping options, no choice was offered. Result ? A package weighing 250gm approx, was sent by courier at a cost of £8.50 + VAT, when Royal Mail would have cost around £2.80 incl. VAT, and taken perhaps 1 day longer. So - disappointed on this aspect.”

“I purchased the mini stitching kit which worked fine but I did not get the bucket I was expecting nor was the grout clearly marked as WHO 60. I have no reason to think that it was not the correct item but for the price, I expected a properly branded item. The box it came in was for a stitching kit but was for 10 rods when I ordered (and got) five. The product is excellent and only slightly let down because the customer does not initially appear to get exactly what they ordered.”

“Need to repair block and brick wall to outbuilding as cracks appearing. Placed order for kit containing helix rods, setting compound and applicator etc. Arrived promptly but during transit the applicator and rods had pierced the compound tub lid. (Not packaged correctly). Not a disaster as contents of tub still OK. Instruction leaflet is reasonably clear but have not yet used kit to make repair. Semi confident it will do the job and stop cracks getting bigger.”

“I bought the twist fix insulation anchors to tie 75mm thick celotex to a dense concrete block wall The installation was very simple having only to drill a 6mm hole and then hammer the fixing in the whole job was easy and quick”

“Prompt delivery Would be helpful if powder and liquid weight and volumes were printed on bag and bottle. The web site says do two slots at a time. How otherwise to use appropriate quantities with 10 bars?”
