“Although we haven't used the product yet, we found the website easy to use with good information to help with selection of the right product. When I had to chase delivery customer services were very helpful. Our problem was with the courier, not Twist fix but is now resolved”

“Bit slow dispatching initially (ordered monday, early hours, dispatched Tuesday), quick delivery, on Wednesday. However, tool listed as accompanying was missing. Sent email-arrived early on Thursday. Good recovery from error.”

“Twistfix sent my order really quickly and I sprayed my outside wall before the rain started! Remains to be seen how good the product is but fingers x'd its great. Would use Twistfix again for sure.”

“A relatively straight forward procedure. Ordering and delivery were excellent 24 hours from first to arrival. If I have a criticism its in the detail of how to install, I am not a diy'er and yet had doubts about how to proceed. In this day and age a you tube video should be a must. Will have to wait and see if the product stops the damp!!”

“Online ordering was easy, the website fully understandable and good product and application information provided. Delivery time was 3 days, that is absolutely acceptable. Have not yet started to work with the product.”

“due to the fact that your postage prices to the channel islands[ part of the UK] are so much dearer than other suppliers [ who paid postage] I purchased the same articles else ware but your service was prompt but not quite what it said on the box R J H”
