“Not enough information on website relating to products, upgraded postage and it still took 4 days to arrive”

“I have just used Damp Cure injection cream. I have used this product previously with very good results, the cream stayed in the holes with only slight weepage. However this time, the 'cream' could only be described as a liquid and just ran out of the holes. The 2nd tube I left in the fridge for a few hours prior to using it but again it was liquid and simply ran out of the holes. Indeed it was so liquid it ran out of the cartridge without using a cartridge gun. Consequently I consider it poor and could not recommend it. Time will tell if sufficient stayed in the holes to do the damp proofing job.”

“Brought a roll of super quilt, quality speaks for it's self, however disappointed to find it else where for £30 less, not what I expected. delivery was good.”

“You have asked for a review before I have even received the goods! so how can I comment on your speed of service? Your order confirmation gives me an APC tracking number which I cannot locate, there are numerous links for APC none of which help, a simple link to the right page so that I could input my reference number would have been a great help! kind regards Kev”

“I made an order had no feedback on dispatch no tracking and i paid for express delivery and I'm still not waiting on my delivery. its a day late which has meant i have had to delay my project ensuring an extra cost. I made a call before placing my order and i was told if i ordered that night my goods will be dispatched on time. I then placed my order within 30min of hanging up the phone. This is the second time this has happened. I would struggle to recommend this company purely down to delivery poor communication and mis-information.”

“The goods arrived within 24 hours as promised, when I opened the packet today there were 30 wall ties but only 20 wall plugs, I know this may seem a small issue but my nearest builders merchant is 40 min drive each way plus the 33.50 for the packet of plugs ,all this hassle for a moment of carelessness from one of your staff. I am disappointed. r dearden”

“Would like to give feed back - ordered Thursday 22nd January, paid for quick delivery in 1-2 days was expecting it to be delivered Saturday 31st January but no such luck. Had to cancel plans to do work on Monday. Just hope stuff arrived Monday or Tuesday. Wished I had not paid for quick delivery thats for sure.”

“I ordered a heavy duty dispensing gun from the web site along with damp proofing membrane.When the order arrived i was dispatched a regular caulking gun skeleton type,totally different from picture displayed on web site,what i recieved i already have and are readily available at my local mechant for far less than what i was charged.I ordered in good faith based on picture and description from web site what i recieved was not the same.”

“I ordered wykabor 10 25litre; the girl I placed the order with was civil enough to deal with (not notably friendly or helpful) and quoted me circa €33 and I gave her my credit card details. It turns out she had mistakenly quoted me for the lower volume option and I didn't know until I got my email confirmation that I was in fact paying €122 but I was ok with this as I wanted 25l despite being misled. I was told I could expect delivery Thursday last week most likely (not guaranteed). I ran the following day to increase my order and was speaking to a man who obviously was having a bad day or else devoid of customer relations skills and I found myself quite put out for the remainder of the day by his unhelpful attitude and general lack of nice-ness. I didn't bother upping my order and contemplated ringing your head office to convey what I perceived to be a lack of courtesy but couldn't find an appropriate contact number so left it. The email tracking and notification was excellent and when I rang your courier company in Athlone, Ireland, to establish approximate deliver time Friday, I found them very nice and helpful.”
