I ordered wykabor 10 25litre; the girl I placed the order with was civil enough to deal with (not notably friendly or helpful) and quoted me circa €33 and I gave her my credit card details. It turns out she had mistakenly quoted me for the lower volume option and I didn't know until I got my email confirmation that I was in fact paying €122 but I was ok with this as I wanted 25l despite being misled. I was told I could expect delivery Thursday last week most likely (not guaranteed). I ran the following day to increase my order and was speaking to a man who obviously was having a bad day or else devoid of customer relations skills and I found myself quite put out for the remainder of the day by his unhelpful attitude and general lack of nice-ness. I didn't bother upping my order and contemplated ringing your head office to convey what I perceived to be a lack of courtesy but couldn't find an appropriate contact number so left it. The email tracking and notification was excellent and when I rang your courier company in Athlone, Ireland, to establish approximate deliver time Friday, I found them very nice and helpful.
