The goods arrived within 24 hours as promised, when I opened the packet today there were 30 wall ties but only 20 wall plugs, I know this may seem a small issue but my nearest builders merchant is 40 min drive each way plus the 33.50 for the packet of plugs ,all this hassle for a moment of carelessness from one of your staff. I am disappointed.
