“After a query about stock levels, they took the time to get back to me the same day. They then followed it up with another call when they came back into stock sooner than expected. I duly ordered online and they were on my doorstep the next day. Again, sooner than their published delivery standards. Above and beyond service.”

“Used these a few times now, quick and easy to use. The longer ones could maybe be a little thicker so prevent snapped heads, as such add a few extra to your order”

“Goods as expected, if rather expensive. Courier dumped the box outside and didn't leave a card or message. Box soaked when I found it. Good thing the goods are metal as the rain would have ruined anything delicate.”

“I placed an order on Sunday the 14th of January for some metal fixings for insulated plasterboard . The fixings arrived on the following Tuesday and in the allotted hour slot that had been texted. All parts arrived safely and no damage, a good quick turnaround.”

“purchased 85mm Metal fixings for insulated plasterboard, when attempting to fix 30mm insulated plasterboard to thermalite block, fixings did not hold, became loose in block, very dissappointed in product.”

“Osmotic power unit was received within 48 hours of placing the order. Upon receipt my electrician discovered the fault lay with a broken earth wire, previously ruled out. The wire was repaired and my own power unit worked. I contacted Twistfix who agreed to the return of the ordered unit to the Hapton address. I took the unit to the address. Service throughout was very good.”

“Bought a dpc cartridge gun.transaction went smoothly.very quick impressive postage! package arrived safe and tool is as described (heavy duty) only negative I have is the absolute ridiculously high postage to Northern Ireland for such a small thing I was desperate to get it to finish a job so couldn't argue.i have had larger packages sent from england for half the cost...”
