The measurements of the cylinder locks are not defined at all. Just got "Size". How customer will know which side is External and which one is Internal.

terrible delivery by Yodel who left my package of lead roll on the entrance to my drive the other side of my unlocked five bar wooden gate!!! I asked for there package to be left by the house or to neighbours not by the road where anyone could have stopped and picked up the Lead roll. Fortunately it wasn't stolen.

Hi, I am very sorry we were unable to deliver your desired products to Northern Ireland. We stock goods up to 6m long, including roofs, and it is not always viable to send over the water. Very poor customer service. Ordered products on a 3-5 working day lead time, chased delivery up to be told the stock is due into them 11/9 and will be delivered 12/9. The products did not arrive on 12/9, contacted customer services to be told delivery would now be 19/9.

I bought a cylinder lock which came the wrong size, they advised me to buy another of the correct size and return the wrong lock for a full refund. I did only to get a message to say they could not send a refund as the keys were missing. This was rubbish as I never removed the keys from the box, just the cylinder lock to check against the one I was replacing. Once checked I returned to the box, I messaged them and they wanted a photo against a tape, so I removed the cylinder once more replacing it back into the box. At no point did I remove the keys from the box. However they said they could not refund, therefore they were either l not telling the truth or there was no keys in the box! Personally I do not trust them and would advise no one to use them, they have cost me for two locks and only one I have been able to use. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Customer service is shocking at this place! I was promised next day delivery , and this never happened 4 days in and still no delivery and been called a liar by a customer service representative even though the notes on their system quite clearly state that I was promised next day delivery (confirmed over the phone by another customer service representative)

Order placed on 2nd of August been told twice different delivery days and still not arrived. This is now caused delays with the builders. I would suggest using a different supplier than wasting time and money with these guys. £10 delivery fee refund does not compensate the delay this has now caused. Now been told driver hasn't finished deliveries and will be delivered Monday. Such poor service.

Really poor service. The goods arrived damaged, so they offered a small discount. I asked for a refund and this was agreed, and they said that they would arrange collection. for the last 12 days I have been promised collection, and now emails have dried up. Do not trust this compamy, they have over £200 of my money and all I have is damaged goods that I can't use

If you look through some of these reviews even some of the good ones point to mistakes. Firstly delivery was late without updates. They then sent me out items that I required for a bank holiday weekend install. However the order was completely wrong. This was 4.2m planks so not a small parcel and yet they asked me, and continue to ask me, to store it whilst they wait for their delivery centre to open (which was shut for a week apparently). Meanwhile they will also not refund me my money. And I have additional expense of having to recruit people to do the job now as I had booked out that weekend. Really poor service.

I would not use these people again if you paid me to do so. They make promises of delivery times that they cannot stick too. My own fault I had a builder booked for the two day install instead of waiting for the delivery to have taken place. Guess I just trusted them, Still trying to recover the funds I spent with them. They have an odd policy of you have to wait for the delivery, then refuse it (so you have to be there to refuse it) before they will refund you. I'm sure many people just give in and use the products once they arrive, thus meaning they do not have to give a refund. I returned parcel 2 of 2 today. and will wait with bated breath to see what happens next.

Ordered parts for roof over a week ago, phoned them yesterday to get a date for delivery, was told would be delivered this afternoon ,still nothing. The job has been held up by two days now. :((

The item arrived in good time but it was scratched and the cill end caps don't even fit. Poor product unfortunately.

From your description, it sounds like the board may have some stillage marks, which can be wiped off with warm soapy water. Follow up to my original 1 * rating this company have omitted in their follow up reply to say that they only wanted to send out the 12 replacements of faulty dry verges if I took down my 1* rating in exchange for the 12 replacement items of faulty goods so I reported them to the manufacturer and to trading standards

Ordered easyverge dry verges 12 of them snapped on installation I contacted company who point blank refused to send return postage label as faulty goods the onus is on them to collect and refund

Very disappointing customer service and arrogant salesperson, not empathetic or helpful. If they treat you like this before the sale, dont know how their after-sale service would be. I would suggest customer training required and finding the right fit of people to work in Sales.
