“Quite possibly the worst packaging I ever got. I received window gaskets for my uPVC windows all tangled up and insode a cardboard box with nothing else. People wonder why people shop on Amazon.”

“I needed 2 different size upvc door locks, one ordered directly from these guys, good price and super speedy delivery. The second one was allegedly 'not available' on the website, however I ordered it from this company via B&Q marketplace and it arrived super speedy with the lock I'd ordered direct. Only a tiny negative, please keep your website up to date.”

“I've used them a few times over the years. Always have a good selection of parts in stock at decent prices. Delivery has always been quick. My last order was a replacement for a window handle that had broken. Truly were noticeable cheaper than others, I ordered Saturday evening and it arrived Monday.”
