“Bought products on Thursday evening. Had confirmation of order but payment still hasn't been took from my bank account and it's now Saturday. I'd ordered Thursday as delivery takes 3-5 days. I'm off work now for 5 days and need them delivered in those days. Not happy with the way this company works. Hopefully a dispatch email will arrive on Mon/Tues. Need to improve customer service with more details on your web about how long an actual internet order takes. Seems like it's quicker talking to people.”
