“Roof felt support- bend, poor quality easy to break . Thay are looking like go up and down- for me unfortunately rubish. Customer service want me too prof that. When I did that say isover 30 days to resend or refound. Avoid please waste your money 💰”

Unfortunately, as the issue has been reported over 30 days after the item was delivered, regrettably, we must assume that the issue has occurred after delivery and while the item has been in storage, during handling or supplementary transport. Customers are expected to check over the item soon after receipt and report any issues immediately. As this has not been observed, unfortunately, this order cannot be considered for replacements.

“ordered 3 handles which was dispatched on the same day as ordered and arrived following day. handles were good quality. I would recommend this company to others.”

“We ordered some replacement brackets for our conservatory guttering. I have to say they are of excellent quality, much better than the ones we replaced. Well worth spending a bit extra. Thank you happy customer.”

“We have used the services of Truly PVC a couple of times now. Our first order was placed online via their website, and everything arrived without delay and to our satifaction. I tried to place our second order via the website, but it was showing low stock availability of the items I wanted, so I called the sales counter directly. The chap that answered was very helpful and assured me that new stock was arriving imminently. he inputted my order manually, took a card payment, and sure enough, my order was delivered 2 days later.”

“Until this week I had never heard of Truly PVC Limited but then I was doing some maintenance on my Dad's conservatory and 4 out of 6 gutter brackets broke when I removed one of the corner fittings. It was therefore a great relief to be able to buy replacement 3D printed brackets and I ordered enough to replace all the brackets if necessary. Very easy to order and pay and delivered to me very quickly - great!”

“I ordered 54 panels to replace my broken and rotten wooden fence along my property. What an amazing product this is!! The composite fence panels are so easy to install, lightweight, making handling them easy, and look fantastic. I did have to cut a few to fit, due to my existing concrete posts being slightly out, but again, amazed at how easy they are to cut. My delivery was also 4 days early, which was a huge help, and that meant i got the job done quicker. One of the best investments ive made in a looooong time. Highly recommended by me. Thank you trulyPVC, excellent service and quality all round. Mick”
