“Brilliant service, website was easy to navigate. Once ordered contacted to advise of delay & delivered on date agreed. Very professional & friendly. Would definitely recommend this company. We purchased upvc skirting in anthracite with corner pieces & glue kit. Everything was delivered on excellent condition.”

“Ordered window sills arrived damaged informed immediately excepted liability keep promising to collect and refund chasing daily but to no avail will escalate with credit card company”

We are sorry to hear you are not happy, we did collect the items free of charge and issued you a full refund as requested. The returns department confirmed the damage was very minimal compared to the photographs sent via email.
