“Got an email yesterday morning saying that my engraved plate had arrive - no sign of it in my postbox. Spoke to your operator and he told me that had been despatched and to wait a few more days. It was delivered later that day - the problem was not with you, it was the Post Office's late rural deliveries. Might be an idea to change ther wording from "order has arrived" to "order has been despatched". The plate itself looks good. Many Thanks”

Thanks for your review - we’re pleased to hear the plate arrived and that the issue was with the delivery service, not us. We appreciate the constructive suggestion about wording. Kind regards, Team TrophyMaster

“Thank you all for going above and beyond for our Trophies. I ordered a little late and did not expect them to arrive until after our AGM. Trophy masters have been exceptional and they have arrived 2 days before. The quality of the plaques are brilliant and this is why I order year after year.”
