“Very pleased with my trophy right from the the start kept me informed what was happening just didnt print of on the little plaque asked me twice to check for spelling errors before printing. The price was very competitive aswell Would recommend with out a doubt”

“The trophy I ordered arrived on Saturday and it is perfect. The service I received can only be described as absolutely exceptional. The trophy was due to arrive on the 10th of April and arrived on 24th of March. Talk about exceeding expectations. Please say thank you to everyone at your company.”

“Got an email yesterday morning saying that my engraved plate had arrive - no sign of it in my postbox. Spoke to your operator and he told me that had been despatched and to wait a few more days. It was delivered later that day - the problem was not with you, it was the Post Office's late rural deliveries. Might be an idea to change ther wording from "order has arrived" to "order has been despatched". The plate itself looks good. Many Thanks”
