“We needed 8 trophies for the club dinner. The system worked perfectly and they arrived as promised well in time for the event. The tracking system was particularly useful as it meant I didn't have to hang about all day. We would definitely us them again.”

“Great! Was so surprised how well it looked when I recived my item. I am a teacher in a school and wanted to reward a pupil with a small star with their name on it for the best grade in Alevel maths. The writing was done percfeltly and was very happy with my purchase. I was encourage friends and family to use this company as its easy to order online and you get you item quick in the post and up dates on when your getting it and where it is in the process etc.”

“This is the third time I've used Trophy Master for creating the trophies and awards that I present to my music students at our semi-annual recitals, and I could NOT be more pleased with the results! These customer service reps are super efficient and professional. They happily work with me, their valued customer, to provide the best quality products at the most affordable prices available on the market. They go the extra mile to be courteous and offer me loads of options so that I can make the most informed decision on what is best for my students. Once I've placed my order, the employees go straight to work on creating my personalized student awards. When they have crafted these strikingly eye-catching products, they take great care to wrap and protect them for packaging and posting, which then are boxed and delivered swiftly to my front door via special carrier service. When I open the boxes, I am utterly amazed as to how simply beautiful my student awards look and feel. Next weekend is our recital, and I can hardly wait to present these 20 deserving students of their awards to mark their high achievements. Thanks again to the entire staff at Trophy Master for paying such close attention to detail and going the extra mile to provide such outstanding products and services. Kudos to you all!”

“When buying low cost goods p&P can make a huge difference. P&P was a large part of the cost. Goods themselves were as one would expect for a fiver but the bonus was the engraving that was included. Great for a novelty award as this was but will probably buy locally ongoing as the p&p negate the good value for money for the goods.”

We're really pleased that you liked the trophy you bought from us and that it arrived with you in good time and intact. It's also great to hear that our efforts to include the cost of engraving into the £4.99 price that you paid for the trophy was appreciated. Sorry that you were'nt happy to pay the £3.99 delivery charge. Because many of the trophies we supply are fragile, it's important that we carefully pack each item to try and minimize in-transit damage. Each order is different in terms of value and parcel size / weight. We do try to offer competitive prices for our trophies & awards and make a particular effort to advise customers of our delivery charges before they make a purchase (including publishing this information on Google and other search engines). This is unlike some other internet suppliers, who hide their delivery charges until their customer is at the final stages of checkout! We do offer Free Delivery to your address location for orders that have a value in excess of £50 and we do hope that you will have an opportunity to benefit from this in the future.
