“When the service team at Chart Hills Golf Club in Kent organised a society day at very short notice TrophyMaster were extremely helpful in supplying the well received trophies expeditiously with a modest extra postal charge. All contact by telephone was dealt with immediately we will have no hesitation in using this company again.”

“We had a PlayStation World Cup tournament at work and I wanted some trophies and medals upon completion. I need delivery pretty quick and I made my purchases online which including engraving. Trophymaster delivered everything to specification and on time - I was updated by email and the recipients were very pleased with the quality of the products. I am extremely satisfied with Trophymaster and I am sure larger companies could learn from their customer service which was faultless.”

“Excellent helpful telephone service, Living in Spain I wanted the Trophy shipped to a UK address but invoiced to my Spanish address, no problem sorted very efficiently. Service got even better as I needed the Trophy earlier than expected as my friends were leaving for Spain earlier than they thought. Being kept up to date on the progress of my order the Trophy delivered in time, Excellent service fully backed up by friendly people”

“Good quality trophy, item delivered on the stated delivery date, can't complain really. Might be nice to have an order status option, rather than having to call or email, but that's a minor gripe and hopefully something to implement in the future.”
