“Superb service in every way. Time was running short, the trophies were ordered on the Thursday before the Easter Bank Holiday weekend and they were required for the following Friday. Amazingly the trophies were finished and we were able to pick them up before presentation Friday. All the trophies were completed exactly as requested. A big thank you to Tim and everyone else at TrophyMaster. ????????????”

“Unbelievably fantastic customer focus and service. Even better than John Lewis....... I ordered trophies for our end of season awards night and explained that I needed them in a short timescale. TrophyMaster could guarantee the trophies would be available and I arranged to pick them up on Friday (in time for the Saturday awards night). Unfortunately I got delayed at work and couldn't pick them up. I sent them an email on Saturday morning explaining the situation. Without hesitation they delivered the trophies to my house (EVEN THOUGH THE OFFICE WAS OFFICIALLY SHUT). Can anyone beat that????? :-) PS - Trophies are high quality!!!!”

“Great site, easy to order and track and good quality product at the end. However, when the process handed over to the delivery company (not Trophy master) they gave me an option to change my delivery date which I did, and they confirmed, they then tried to deliver on the original day and I wasn't there. One phone call to Trophy master and they sorted it out for me. Don't think it's the first time it had happened but Trophy master were great at helping out and getting it resolved. Would recommend.”

“We started using this company when our previous and long standing supplier became unreliable, unprofessional and appeared to have limited sense of customer service. From our initial contact and in developing our relationship Notts County Sailing Club (www.ncsc.org.uk) have been delighted with the responsiveness and total dedication and professional approach from all those at Trophy Master. Always taking time to meet our needs and in dealing with our requirements, sometimes at short notice. “Great service - some good suggestions were made when choosing wording for the engraving. Production was on time and collection and payment was easy even though I didn't bring my receipt and needed to pay on card. Well done guys!!!”
