“Trophy Master service was excellent. After ordering my trophies and realising I couldn't collect them when originally planned, they accommodated my request to bring the date forward. Engraving costs were mostly included in the price, which made it easier to calculate costs. Collection is very easy too. An email notification was sent as soon as the order was available for collection, and the staff were friendly and helpful, correcting a small error whilst I waited, even though it was just at closing time. The only downside is that the collections are limited for the sport I required, so returning again since last year meant I struggled for variation of trophy design. Thanks to their customer service attitude, the order was completed smoothly!”

We are very sorry to hear that 2 of the awards broke after presentation. You do not mention how the breakages occurred but Resin awards are by their nature delicate and this Oscar is a tall thin award which can be susceptible.

“The duck trophy is great! Good quality engraving. It would be great to have a choice of duck on the top - for us, it would be appropriate to have a duck with a graduation cap and scroll! Arrived quickly and well packaged. Thanks!”

“I was very pleased with the variety of trophies on offer and the recipients remarked that it was nice to receive a trophy that was a little different. My large order was processed efficiently and ready in plenty of time for the presentation night. Staff at Trophy Master were very helpful and always willing to help. I'll definitely be back next year.”

“This was the first time I used TrophyMaster for my piano students' semi-annual recital awards, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Their customer service is top-notch! I contacted them regarding specifics of design and personalization, and they were most helpful and courteous, not to mention quick in their response and shipment of merchandise. The package arrived swiftly and in excellent shape. The trophies and awards were well packed, yet the box was eco-friendly, without wasting any unnecessary wrapping. (That's very important to me.) When I opened the box, I checked each and every order for accuracy. Everything looked fab! I just know my students are going to love the designs and styles as much as I do. TrophyMaster has earned a new loyal customer.”
