The end product was great, aka the tree itself. However, I ordered the plant for a next day delivery for a friends birthday. I was informed they did not have the tree in stock (the website said it did) and it was then delivered 3 days later. I was offered to choose a different tree to send instead which was nice, but unfortunately I did not want a different one.

This was purchased as a surprise Christening gift from the family. We were asked to supply a contact phone number to ensure that it could be signed for. However, the courier did not do this and the recipients were temporarily out. The package was returned to the depot and a card was left for them to rearrange delivery. Due to working hours, the package could not be retrieved for several days - a week after the christening! Thankfully the tree has survived as it was in a 'dormant' phase of the year! The company were very helpful and apologetic during this time, but the poor courier service let the whole 'surprise on the day' element down.

Disappointed, no foliage or flowers on rose bush as is shown on picture on web site, card to go with it very tacky, lot smaller than picture and feel for such a special occasion the gift will be disappointing.

I ordered the rose tree for a 40th 'Ruby' wedding anniversary. That was the only card which was not available to send with the tree as the gift tag. It would have been good to receive confirmation that gift was on it's way, until it was received I didn't know if the gift was actually turning up on the day requested. The rose tree was wrapped very prettily. I am sure it will grow beautifully. Thank you,

I ordered the ruby wedding anniversary rose for what would have been my parents 40th wedding anniversary,as my dad died last year this is a sad time for us, so it's a shame that the rose bush did not turn up on the specified day as the courier firm had lost it,I can't fault the company and in particular a staff member called Gareth was very helpful but it was very disappointing service....after ringing the courier firm it miraculously appeared today...funny that isn't it? Anyway the rose seems to be ok do that's something

The delivery was on time and although the packaging was ok on the outside, the gift wrapping was not on properly, the wrapping was off and the soil spilled out. I see the stalks have been cut but look fairly dead so I will reserve full judgement until the plant starts to grow.

Lovely gift idea. It arrived on the day arranged and the plaque that came with it was lovely. Only downside was they sent the wrong tree! A bit disappointed as we picked a Rowan Tree for its symbolism and they sent a Crab Apple tree. Obviously we didn't want to admit this to my grandparents who's 60th Wedding Anniversary it was as it would have spoilt the gift but it's a shame the mistake was made.

The outer box was torn and open. The contents were in good condition but did not look like the picture.. just branch of the rose bush no actual rose visible. Delivery time was great!

Currently the roses are dormant, however we have started to see some shoots on certain roses. The roses will start to come back to life in April ready fro flowering in Summer. My tree has not arrived yet. It was ordered for 29th of January (now 31st) and I have not had a reply to my email asking where it is? I will hold my review until I know if it will arrive or not and what state it will be in when it gets there.

Disappointed with rose bushes, bought as a gift but I was disappointed, cannot fault speed of delivery though.

Fast delivery and easy purchase. Was expecting it to be in a gift box with a little bit more presentation which was a little disappointing. But overall a nice idea.

The plant itself was lovely. However, after leaving very clear instructions I was appalled to learn that the plant was left outside a front door on a main busy road. After giving clear instructions to leave by the backdoor through the gate so nobody walking by could steal it and so it wouldn't get too trashed in the rain. Furthermore, because it was abandoned in front of a front door which the recipient doesn't enter or leave by, it was not found until the following day, when it was no longer the anniversary of her husbands death. I'm furious that this plant was left in such a way. 3/10 will not use this service again.

Hello Kayleigh, I am shocked to hear that your delivery instruction - that we did receive and pass on to the courier company - has not been followed. I hope you can accept my apologies. There is simply no excuse for this and I will be raising a complaint with them about the lack of care the driver has shown in this instance. I am glad that your friend was pleased with the gift itself, but am very sorry that the delivery has affected your experience so badly. It is difficult to grade this one as quite honestly the ordering system and delivery service has been poor and not worth more than 1. The flowers I ordered for Christmas delivery arrived yesterday as there was a problem with the information given ie 2 dates given which was not clear as I thought that t I was ordering for Christmas Eve delivery which was confirmed on line at the point of booking. It was the confirmation email which showed 2 dates and as I didn't see the second date until I realised my gift had not been delivered that I spotted it. Initially I was so cross that the order had not been delivered on Christmas Eve that I cancelled the order but then later the same day rebooked it. There was no-one to speak with until 4 January which didn't help. The reordered plants could not then be delivered because one of the plants was not in stock although, again, this did not show at the point of booking. However, eventually the 3 plants arrived on 15 January. As commented by another customer the roses are very expensive but sounded and looked nice so I am hoping they are worth the cost which is quite a bit over £20 per plant - a lot for a rose bush. Apparently the lemon tree is superb and my friends are overwhelmed. I am therefore grading this a 3. You do need to sort out your system though as currently it is misleading which is upsetting for a customer and is not the sort of reputation you need.
