“too early to comment - Rose bush has no buds yet so will need to wait and see - i would have expected the rose buds to be there - prunning of the plant not good - crossed branch and not very open”

“Unfortunately the tree was delivered to the wrong address. The person who took it in thinking it was for their next door neighbour realised the mistake and very kindly delivered it to the correct address which was a different road. I am unsure how this happened as the correct recipient checked the address on the tree and this was correct. Such a shame because it is a lovely idea but in most cases I doubt the tree would have made it to the correct place!”

“The delivery was made upside down as the bottom had fallen out thankfully the rose itself was still intact. Has now been planted so roll on summer”

“The plaque arrived without the plinth and the engraving on the plaque could be clearer - doesn’t look as professional as it could. The customer service was very good after I rang to sort out the plinth and it arrived the next day”

“I expected the Rose I ordered to be delivered on time as it was for a friends 40th wedding anniversary. Sadly this was not the case and although I received notification and a reason for the delay, together with advice that I would be credited the cost I paid for soonest delivery, it was a disappointment. On arrival the Rose as well packaged and of good quality.”

“The product description was clear, the delivery was prompt. However, the roses plant were very small, approx 20cm tall, with the pot they were planted in was taller than the plant. itself. I would be more careful when purchasing my next product.”

“quick delivery to my home. Rose bush was a little small with no flowering buds which was a bit of a let down. At this time of year expected some flowers(July). The bush itself looks healthy with green foliage. I later found the same rose variety cheaper at a local garden centre which was in full bloom so I would advise others to consider local garden centres for a better effect for your gift.”

“I purchased a voucher as a gift for a friend. I found the website easy to navigate and there was plenty of choice. I had several confirmation emails with eVouchers, but I also requested a gift certificate which has still not arrived, over a week after I placed the order. However my friend was thrilled with the gift and I’m sure he’ll choose something lovely from the excellent selection of trees and plants available.”
