Really fast delivery and package arrived in perfect condition. However, a pink Rose came instead of the white Diamond Wedding one I had ordered. No email or explanation was given. I was only aware as one of the buds was starting to open. The customer service guy was nice and explained that they had run out of white so fulfilled orders with pink instead. They weren't able to send a replacement for when I needed it so I was just left with the pink one. Such a shame as the rose is beautiful, ordering and delivery was really quick and easy but I was so disappointed having to give my nana a pink rose for her Diamond Wedding Anniversary.

Olive bush in picture had fruit but tree delivered did not. Also I indicated on the delivery note for the parcel to be put behind the hedge if I wasn't in. It was left on the front door step!

Thank you for getting in touch. It's not always guaranteed for the tree to be delivered with fruit but you should get a nice healthy crop this summer! We will speak to our courier regarding the delivery instructions.

Delivery prompt, I liked that, Plant..... Some of the rose petals were dead, I was a little disappointed but as there we're plenty of buds it made up for the dead flowers

The service was excellent in terms of delivery choice and promptness. However I was desperately disappointed and embarrassed by the size of the rose purchased. I really didn't feel it was value for money.

Hi Rachael, thank you for contacting us. As our roses are shipped to the recipient we try our best to keep them from getting damaged. Pruning them back ensures that they don't bloom too early and get broken. This also allows for the rose to bloom later in the Summer for the recipient to enjoy. The product of the olive bush was wonderful, but unfortunately I was asked where the product should be delivered to in a safe place if my dad wasn't home to receive his birthday gift and I chose the back garden (the gate was open) but the delivery driver gave it to the neighbours of which my parents don't even know. It was a big disappointment cause I wanted dad to see his gift at his home when he arrived not have to walk down the road to the neighbours and collect it. :(

Tree was very healthy however delivery was poor. I wrote in to complain and no response. DPD left the parcel outside in the rain with no signature (despite saying it had been signed for). Poor.

The service was efficient and the rose delivered to my mum was of a good size. However it was disappointing as my mum said there were no buds on the plant at all, not one. Just hoping this will change now it's planted.

Thank you for the review Maria, as we have to deliver our roses we keep them back from blooming by a few weeks to make sure the new growth doesn't get damaged in transit. By the end of summer your mum will be delighted in seeing the rose flower fully!

Nicely packed plant but delayed arrival and thank you card did not have my message printed on it. Led to confusion re who had sent the plant to my friend

The rose bush was fine but very disappointed in the packaging I had to to replace the tissue paper around it as it was bashed and looked awful and the card was bent

It's hard to know if it's the delivery company or Tree2mydoor's fault, but the box was battered and the tree lost its top.

Convenience of buying on line. BUT, not particularly happy with the personalised card, which wasn't really ruby colour & the message was just a typed sticky label put on the inside of the card. Maybe the website should make this clearer.

In terms of service, I was very impressed - I couldn't fault that one bit. I cannot, however, give a full 5 star review as the miniature lemon tree that I ordered arrived in inadequate packaging leaving it battered and resembling more of a weed by the time it had arrived. The majority of the lemons had fallen off and despite it being sold as a mini tree (suitable for indoors was my thinking) it was actually tiny - a lot smaller than I had imagined it would be. For the price I paid - I was very disappointed. The only reason I did not return it was because my daughter caught sight of it when she arrived home from school and insisted that she nurse it back to health. I therefore had to rush out to buy another tree as it was for a gift. My local garden centre had been in touch after I had been searching locally in the first instance to say that they had just taken some stock - perfect timing! This lemon tree was twice the size, much better quality and £15 cheaper. I am sorry to say I will not be returning to Tree2mydoor, nor will I recommend after this unfortunate experience. If you could match the quality of the product/delivery process with that of your excellent customer service then you will be on to a winner. I am disappointed to have wasted £45 - damn my daughter for being so cute as I'd have returned it in a heartbeat!

I only saw the rose bush over the weekend because it was a 1st anniversary gift for my son and his wife. It wasn't quite so special as I had anticipated but was acceptable.

While the service was brilliant and ruby anniversary rose arrived on correct day, I have to say I was a little disappointed with the rose which was barely 10 cm tall; the website said it had been cut down for winter with new growth from April but I still given the pictures on the website i still expected something a little bigger.

I thought this was a very good and unusual idea for a Silver Wedding Present. Initially I did not see where to change the delivery date so emailed the company to ask for delivery on the actual anniversary date. This was confirmed by email. More than one week later, I received an email saying it was not possible to deliver on that date as it was the Tuesday after the bank holiday weekend. This was very disappointing. I then asked -as this was already Thurs - if the delivery could therefore be on the Saturday so that it would reach the receipients before their anniversary and was advised this could not be arranged. In the event it was delivered the day after their anniversary which was disappointing. The receipients have contacted us to say it was a lovely idea but I have not seen it for myself so I am unaware of how good or otherwise it might be. I was planning on using this idea again later in the year but that anniversary also falls after a bank holiday so I may not as the point of a present is for it to arrive on or before the required date and not afterwards. The person I have been dealing with was perfectly polite and pleasant but clearly an error was made in confirming the delivery date to me in the first place.

I left instructions of where to leave my parcel but this wasn't followed and caused me a lot of stress trying to find my parcel.
