“The plant I ordered was presented just like the picture - so a great gift. It was very well packaged for delivery and looked in great condition. “I have used you a number of times and recently bought two roses from yourselves as gifts, the first one came and only I was in my mother in laws house at the time they didn't know who it came from. The information was on the invoice/delivery note and they didn't see it. I think it would be better as a little card just as you get in the florists. I know you can add cards at an extra cost but I didn't want that. I recently received a gift similar to this from another company and their card info was so much better. I”

“I ordered a memorial rose for my friend and it was delivered safely a couple of days later. I was kept informed about the delivery and received a txt in the morning giving the 2 hour delivery slot. The plant arrived at my friends on time and very well packed. She told me they were asked to register the plant and this then meant they would receive updates on care for the plant each month and also could ask for advice if they had any concerns as it grew. I'm really pleased the purchase went so well and my friend was pleased with the rose she received.”
